Return & Replacement Policy

At Johar Optical, Kuwait, we are committed to providing high-quality eyewear and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a structured return and replacement policy in line with industry standards and local regulations.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

  • Requests must be made within 5 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • The item must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • Returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization standards in the optical industry, the following items are not eligible for return or replacement, unless defective:

  • Prescription lenses
  • Customized eyewear or special orders
  • Contact lenses (if opened or used)

Shipping & Charges

  • If the return is due to:
    • Defective product
    • Incorrect item delivered
      → Johar Optical will assist with the return process
  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, style, etc.):
    • Customer will bear all shipping costs
    • Replacement delivery charges may apply

Return & Replacement Process

To initiate a request:

  1. Contact our customer service team via phone or email
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. Our team will arrange:
    • Pickup (if applicable), or
    • Return instructions

Once your request is approved:

  • The return process begins within 24–48 hours
  • Products are inspected upon arrival

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection approval
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 weeks
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Important Conditions

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear are not eligible
  • Johar Optical reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount
